- What is it? Our remote assistance
tool is a lightweight remote assistance tool built upon the
commonly used VNC remote control utility.
- Is it safe? It sure is! In order for
us to connect, you must first download the file, launch it and
initiate the connection. You are in complete control.
- How do I terminate the connection?
Simple. When active, the tool will place a small icon in the
lower right system tray. Just right click on the icon and select
'Close'
- What happens when I close the session?
Well, the first thing that happens is the tool
disconnects and then actually uninstalls right before your eyes.
- What does this cost? The tool itself
is free. Standard telephone/remote support billing rates for the
actual service do apply
